Galvanized Dustpan is made by galvanized steel plate with thickness of 0.45mm. The galvanized steel plate can be flower galvanized steel plate or non-flower galvanized steel plate. The weight is about 308g. The surface finish can be mat finishing and mirror polished finishing. The two sides and back can add the reinforcing rib for better fixing and anti-transformation. The manufacturing craft of the galvanized dustpan includes blanking, forming, bending, punching edges and others. 100 pieces are in one carton, then send it to customer's port. If customer needs different sizes, then our factory can open mold by our molder. After approves the quotation list, we will make sample after receiving tooling fee. After approves the sample, we will make bulk order after receiving 30% prepayment. Our factory can supply the documentation requirements, Mill material certs, REACH, RoHS and Prop 65 label on every carton if customer need it.
