About the material:
The Auto Stamping Accessories can be manufactured by SPCC (Steel Plate Cold Commercial), SPHC, stainless steel and other metal. The surface treatment can be zinc-plating, powder coating, painting and so on.
About customization:
The auto spare part is more accurate for most of them, so our factory needs to scan the sample if there isn't any drawing (2D drawing, 3D drawing and manufacturing drawing).
About the production process：
The product needs to open forming and punching hole mold. Firstly, blanking to get the flat shape, then punching hole and forming the tridimensional shape. After manufacturing, the product can be put in the carton for package. Finally, the product can be sent to destination port by container.

Q: What's your sample lead time?
A: Sample will be sent from 20 days to 30 days after we've received mold cost. The time involves open mold and make sample.
Q: What's your bulk order lead time?
A: Normally it's 30 days to 40 days. The quantity of per order normally it's above ten thousand.
