Galvanizing Stamping Steel Parts is made by punching and bending. Part can be galvanized to EN ISO 1461 1999 or 80 micron hot according to ASTM A-123 standard. Thickness can be customized from 60μm to 140μm. The raw material can be G90/Q345/#45/carbon steel for this kind of product. The raw material also can be galvanized steel plate. Galvanized steel itself has the anti-corrosive function. Finished part surfaces to be fully galvanized and there won't have the problems like debris's pitting, cracks or surface defects aren't for our company. The product have several bending and punching processes.
