A: Firstly, customer sends inquiry information like purchasing quantity, 2D drawing, 3D drawing, package requirements. Then our factory calculate the tooling cost and unit price, replying with quotation list. After customer approves the unit price and tooling fee, pays the tooling fee. Then we can make sample for customer. After receives prepayment, our factory will make the bulk production for customer.
