Because laser cutting can cut the flat shape and two holes instead of blanking mold and punching hole mold. At this kind of situation, the unit price is high for the cost of laser cutting is high. Which is more suited and cost-effective for customer who only has small purchasing quantity. The second way is whole molds. using blanking mold to make the flat shape. Then using punching hole mold to punching two holes. Or just punching holes with the flat shape. And finally, using the forming mold to make the three-dimensional shape. At the situation of second way, the unit price is lower but customer needs to pay the tooling fee. Which is more suited and cost-effective for customer who has large-quantity demands.
