The galvanized standard can meet EN ISO 1461 1999, 80 micron hot according to ASTM A-123 standard and other related requirements. Part to be free of any oil or grease prior to galvanized. Finished part surfaces to be fully galvanized and free of any under surface debris's. Pitting, cracks or surface defects aren't allowed in our finished product. A: Sorry, for product which needs to open mold. Our factory also need to buy raw material of tooling and samples. If sample isn't large, we can only charge tooling cost.
