U Shape Spacer is one of the fasteners. The full name is flexible graphite metal wound gasket. Emax's customized spacer can be circle, square and other shapes. Raw material chooses plain carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel or else type (S275 JR, Q345, # 45 or else). Surface treatment chooses Dacromet, cold galvanized or hot-dip-galvanized. For outdoor usage, hot-dip-galvanized is suggested for anti-corrosion function, customer's logo can be lettered on the spacer. Part ID can be stamped between 6&8 mm. Spacer to be galvanized to EN ISO 1461 1999. Parts to be free of cracks, defects or pitting.
Material Standard:
1. Spacer material chemical composition and size standard to meet GB/T4239. Stainless Steel belt hardware should be between 140HB-160HB.
2. If the inner and outer ring material of the spacer is stainless steel or carbon steel. Then the outside made of carbon steel needs to be derusting.
3. The surface of the metal is not allowed to appear rough, cracks, scratches and rust spots. The appearance should be kept smooth and clean.
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) of this type of spacer is one ton for the raw material's MOQ restriction.

Q: Why do you have MOQ?
A: Because the raw material has the minimum purchasing order. Some are one ton, some are more. So we have have to meet their MOQ. Otherwise, we don't have the raw material to manufacture product for customer.
