After all of the manufacturing process, put them in to the galvanized bath to make the surface treatment of hot dip galvanizing. The galvanizing technology can be rack galvanizing or barrel galvanizing. Normally, for the product which has large volume, the rack galvanizing is more suitable, the unit price will be more expensive. For the product which has the little volume, the barrel galvanizing is more cost-effective.

Q: What's your payment term on the galvanized rack cable hook?

A: Basis on the price approval, we will send customer P.I. with tooling fee and 30% prepayment.

For the tooling fee which is lower than $1000, customer needs to pay 100% in advance.

For the tooling fee which is more than $1000, customer needs to pay 50% in advance. After sample approval , customer can pay the balance of tooling fee.

For product fee, customer needs to pay 30% in advance, 70% against B/L.

Q: What's your standard on hot dipped galvanized:

A: Normally it's ASTM A123/A125. But actually, all of our galvanizing standard based on csutomer's real demands.
