E Cable Lashing Clamps is used to secure a terminating lashing wire to the strand. Comprised of one strand stud, two hex nuts, two washer and one jaw.
Features:
1. Used to secure a terminating lashing wire to the strand.
2. Comprised of a one piece jaw, two washers, two buts and a square shankle stud.
3. Terminal ends of stud are staked to prevent disassembly during shipping and installation.
4. The jaws are stamped from AISI 1018 cold rolled steel. The stud is formed from Grade 5 hardened steel. The nuts and washers are formed from Grade 2 steel.
5. All components are mechanically galvanized to meet ASTM specification B695.
Jaw is tamped from AISI cold rolled steel. The lashing clamp is mechanically galvanized to meet ASTM Specification B695. The jaw is stamped and formed without any cracks or excessive stress at bends. The E Cable Lashing Clamp is free of surface defects, cracks or pitting. 50 pieces in one carton, then put in the pallet and delivery to customer's port by container. The unit weight is about 80g.
