(1). Design: Design of customized stamping parts
Once the contract is signed, we discuss the project with our team, consider all the details, and then start designing. We send the design to you for approval before making molded parts for sheet metal fabrication. Any changes are subject to revision based on your comments.
(2). The tooling process of customized stamping parts: custom stamping parts mold
After the drawings are confirmed, we will manufacture sheet metal molds according to customer requirements. Our mold parts are mainly processed by CNC machine tools, P/G, W/E, EDM grinding, etc. Assemble the mold after machining.
(3). Mass production of customized stamping parts
