Emax Steel Products has been manufacturing metal stampings of all sizes since 1946. We can produce small parts as small as 100 tons of force, or, with a press capacity of up to 1,700 tons, we can manufacture large parts up to 72” x 180”. No matter how large or small the metal stampings you need, Emax will deliver them with exceptional precision and turnaround times to meet your deadlines.
High precision metal stamping
Our in-house tool and die shop enables us to start producing metal stampings as soon as your design is approved. We have the capability to robotically transfer parts from one die to another during the stamping process for fast, efficient production.
We also produce precision metal stampings using progressive dies and hand fed wire dies. These capabilities allow us to deliver exceptional precision and part-to-part repeatability. As a custom metal shop, we can fabricate virtually any precision metal part you need.
