Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with some of the most advanced manufacturing equipment on the market, including an AMADA 4000 watt laser cutter, to meet even the most stringent customer needs. Top-of-the-line machines deliver exceptional cutting precision and speed and meet high standards for reliability and accuracy. Equipped with this equipment, our team can machine metal workpieces measuring up to 60 inches wide, 3048mm long, and 10mm thick with tolerances of +/- 0.1mm or more.

Laser cutting of steel side panels
Customers have approached us with requirements for side panels for alternative energy applications. Part specifications call for grade 50 ASTM A572 steel measuring 270mm (L) x 210mm (W) x 15.9mm (D) with a tolerance of +0.050mm/- 0.000mm. Our AMADA 4000 Watt Laser Cutter allows us to meet these requirements with ease.
Laser cutting of pre-production steel tube sheets
For this project, the client requested a stamped custom component at short notice. To meet the pre-production deadline, the customer agreed to laser cut rather than stamp the first 55,000 units. We are able to produce laser cut parts within the required tolerances within the time specified. The rest of the parts are then produced by our 800-ton press.
