Introduction of bolt shape
Introduction to hot-dip galvanized bolt shapes, bolts: mechanical parts, cylindrical threaded fasteners with nuts. It consists of two parts: head and screw (cylinder with external thread)
A class of fasteners, consisting of a class of fasteners that need to be mated with nuts. Countersunk heads are generally used where the back surface of the connection needs to be lubricated and does not protrude, because the countersunk head can be screwed into the part.
Round heads can also be screwed into parts. The tightening force of the square head can be larger, but the scale is large. In order to meet the needs of locking after installation, there are holes in the head and holes in the rod.
These holes prevent the bolts from loosening when subjected to vibration. Some bolts are not threaded smooth rods to be thin, called thin waist bolts.
This type of bolt facilitates variable force combinations. There are special high-strength bolts on the steel structure, the head will be larger and the size will vary. Others have special uses: for T-slot bolts, most used on machine tool fixtures,
The shape is special, and the sides of the head are cut off. Anchor bolts are used to connect and fix the machine to the ground. There are many shapes. U-bolts, as above. There are a lot more.
There are also special studs for welding. One end is threaded, the other is not. It can be welded to the part with the nut screwed directly on the other side.
