Supplier Management:

As an engineer, our general manager Mr. Qian always attaches great importance to quality control and supplier management. We have a strict evaluation system for suppliers, from paperwork to factory inspection before order; all of which require obtaining ISO9001 or TS16949 certificates. At the end of each year, we grade our suppliers on quality, delivery time and cooperation. Complete quality control system. First/last piece, random test, final test. We have 2-3 suppliers for each process flow. (Emergency selection and competition improvements)

As an ISO 9001 certified company, working with ISO and TS certified suppliers, our customers rely on us to deliver top quality products. We are familiar with all our customers' standard operating procedures and conduct part qualification in conjunction with the automotive PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) quality system. Our in-house quality department technicians ensure every batch of parts meets our customers' highest standards and expectations.

Our engineering services include: concept design, rapid prototyping, FIMA, APQP, PPAP part production, 3D model analysis, independent warehouse QC and QA and traceable product data management to meet AQL requirements.

All our operations strictly adhere to the ISO 9001:2008 guidelines and the five VDA quality management tools. PDM, MRP, automated investment casting lines, CNC machining, CMM inspection, and spectrometer and MT test equipment all contribute to increased accuracy, reliability and better quality assurance

Quality Compliance

We implement a strict quality control program to inspect and verify each batch of products. Our in-house quality inspection professionals maintain the highest standards of training and education. Every shipment entering our warehouse is quarantined until all material and dimensional inspections have been completed and certified.

Material testing:

Chemical composition: 29-channel AL+FE bimetallic OBLF spectrometer

Mechanical properties: hardness test/mechanical performance inspection/impact inspection/metallographic structure: AQL microscope metallographic analysis based on heating times, structural sealing, destructive testing, weight testing

Crack inspection: MT/UT/X-ray

Coating test: coating thickness tester/salt spray test.
