The Powder-Painting Bracket is made by Q235 steel, the process of producing is blanking, punching, bending, powder coating. Our max punch is 400Tons, it can produce 12mm thickness of material. This bracket is one of sofa bracket, besides sofa, we can also customize chair bracket, computer desk bracket, window bracket, bed bracket and etc.
We can produce 12000pcs each month. The tolerance for each product can be controlled strictly, because our plant has a complete system to control the quality. We make toolings by ourself, and we will inspect the goods during producing. The bracket needs to be packed by bubble bag to protect the finish.
