Iron Holding Bracket

The Iron Holding Bracket is made by Q235 steel, it can also be made by zinc plate, we are able to make salt spray test. Finishing is hot dip galvanized, the thickness of hot dip galvanized is between 60um to 150um, it can meet the standard of ASTM A153, EN ISO 1461. We mainly sell products to America, Canada and other European countries. The HDG products are used for outside, such as pole line hardware, mounting bracket and etc.

The producing process is blanking, bending, welding. We have robot welding machine and our welders have experiences for more than 10 years. It will take a month to produce 6000pcs of this bracket. The samples lead time will be 20 days due to making toolings. It is packed by pallets.

Q: If we don’t have printing, can you make products by samples?

A: Yes. We are the manufacturer making customized products.

Q: If the products have some quality problem,how will you deal with it?

A: Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. We will select products randomly and take test before each shipment. If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
