Clevis or Hanger, normally with insulator, can be stamped to the U shape from the straight steel bar. Can be formed hot, also. Clevis and the customer's logo will be stamped before hot dip galvanized.
After galvanizing, the text still is clearly visible. Package will be in the wooden pallet. The general tolerance is +/-0.25mm normally. Customer can send us drawing or real sample with details like purchasing quantity, material, surface treatment requirements, holes diameter or else.
Then our factory can calculate the price for customer according to the current raw material price and others.
After our factory sends customer price, customer can choose whether to order in our factory. After receiving sample fee and tooling fee, we will manufacture and send sample for customer checking.
