Production Process:
1. Cutting the shape and holes by laser cutting machine.
2. Bending by forming mold.
3. Choosing electrophoresis or powder coating to make the surface treatment.
4. Picking and Checking.
Advise:
For part with high requirements for the size and flatness, laser cutting is better than opening mold(blanking mold, punching hole mold and forming mold)
For part without high requirements for sizes and flatness, open relative mold is more cost-effective than laser cutting.
Not all of the parts need to be manufactured by laser cutting.
The manufacturing way which suit for customer's main purpose is best.

Q: What's your best tolerance?
A: Different manufacturing ways have different tolerance limit.
As for Emax, we can achieve 0.018 for CNC part.
Q: Does the price same for laser cutting and stamping?
A: Normally, the unit price of laser cutting is more expensive than stamping.
But if customer has small quantity, laser cutting is suitable for without mold cost.
If customer has continuous demanding, stamping is a better way for saving unit price for large quantity.
