Process of Surface Treatment:
Cold galvanizing also is called electrogalvanizing, is a technology of using electrolytic equipment.
After pickling, send cold galvanizing pin into the zinc salt solution and connect the negative electrode of the electrolytic equipment.
Place the galvanizing pin on the opposite side of pipe fitting. Then open the positive power supply.
The directional movement of an electric current from the positive pole to the negative pole,
the cold galvanizing pin will deposite a layer of zinc.
